Has something been on your mind? Are you unable to stop thinking about that thing that happened? Is there a weight that you're tired of carrying? Let's get it out with some LTC group therapy.

For this swap, carve a stamp and create a standard-size LTC that represents something you'd like to vent about. It can be a specific incident or an ongoing situation. It can be light or serious. I ask that you tell at least a little about what's on your mind either on the back of the card or in the clue. And I require that you show nothing but kindness in response to other artists' concerns.

Creating art is always very soothing to me and I hope that the process of making your cards and sharing with others will help us all feel better.
