Description
I'm inviting all crafters to join me in a labor of love-- Crafting for Encouragement-- for my nephew Kyle (24) who suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury on Feb. 27. I am very close to this kiddo and love him so, so much. We are on day 16 in the Trauma ICU. His mom, who is my sister Kathy, is there everyday. She is recently engaged to an amazing man by the name Patrick, who I adore like a brother. They should be celebrating their engagement and new home but instead they are in and out of an ICU. Kyle's brother Alex is traveling back and forth from Mizzou working to keep up with his schooling and being by Kyle's side. Katie, Kyle's girlfriend, is also encouraged daily to keep up with schooling while wanting to be by Kyle's side.
I want to fill my sister's mailbox with LOVE, PRAYERS, INSPIRATION, ENCOURAGEMENT and more positive messages, so I'm inviting you to use your artistry to help me with that. This is not a "I'm so sorry for..." this is a "You got this! God's got your back! DETERMINATION,...kind of encouragement."
I invite you to create a homemade postcard crafted with your hands and as a labor of love. Store bought cards welcome too. No rules on stamps. I say postcards because my sister said she gets anxious opening cards these days. Just a bright, beautiful, eye-catching card as Kyle is now fully alert!

Contact me via AQ email for their address.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I love my letterboxing friends.
Feel free to pass this invitation on to any crafter who would enjoy this endeavor.
