9/3/17:
Final plans are being implemented for this fun-filled, lots of ink event! We have well over 100 stamps ready and waiting for your ink pads and markers.
Here are a few highlights and reminders:
- Costumes are welcome and encouraged! Don't forget to carve a PT that goes along with your costume.
- Apple bobbing and donut chase contests will be held.
- Several trail series, (short and long), as well as two night boxing opportunities. One of these will be at dusk for the young and the young at heart.
- A potluck supper; please sign up on the event page. Also, we request you bring chairs or picnic blankets as available seating is slim.
- Raffles; if you'd care to donate, please contact Teacup.
- As mentioned earlier, dress appropriately for the weather. It can get cold and windy at the Orchard!

The committee has met and plans are in full swing. This will be a family friendly event that should have a little something for everyone. Trail stamps, orchard stamps, apple dunking, and night boxing are just a few teasers to peak your interest. Highly encouraging kids of ALL ages to join us for a day of traditional Halloween fun with inky goodness.

The location might be open (depending on the apple harvest/season) and they make their own donuts on site. Hunting is allowed on the property and is usually done early in the day before the orchard is open. We highly recommend bringing/wearing orange out on the trails - though the owner said it's never a problem for his daily walks.

Raffles money raised will offset the rental of the barn/port-a-potties on site (or cash donations will be accepted by our haunted accountant.) Raffles will be drawn during dinner - must be present to cart winnings home. Raffle Tracker
The farm is on a hill - HIGHLY encourage that you dress in layers depending on the weather.

Costumes welcome
PT for the event is based on your own Halloween costume.
Group photo will be taken prior to the potluck dinner (6pm).
As the location could be open for regular business - we politely request no event boxes.

Stamps, stamps, stamps: will be listed and we are asking that all stamps be in Teacup's mailbox by August 1, 2017.

Sep 4, 2017: potluck dinner**
I will provide all paper goods and plastic wear for the event. We are looking for hot dishes, sides and desserts. Crockpots can be kept warm in the donut house. Please sign up so we don't have too much of any one thing - though I know we can all survive on brownies - dinner will hold us through night boxing better :)

just for clarity... the potluck is for dinner. We figured folks would lunch on their own :)

Oct 20, 2017: Trapped in a Hostel in Maine
will be present at the orchard. Be sure to check it out and stamp up the image that accompanies the hostel. The hostel is full to overflowing with new (Halloweeny) and previously circulating hitchhikers so be sure to take a couple. Usually we like you to swap out what you have for what you take but not this time. Let's get these into circulation.
