Light post knocked over - please update clues

This box has been reported missing because some large vehicle hit the lamp post. What are the odds of that happening? Well, pretty good odds, because I have been told that the box is gone and the post is damaged. Too bad. It didn't last very long. : (

All the light posts in that parking lot, and wouldn’t you know someone must have hit this post and knocked it over. It was laying in the grass, and there was a big hole in the lot where it should have been. The box wasn’t with the post or in the hole.
