Hey there!

The pups and are I *planning* on driving up from Chicago Friday the 12th and camping for two nights in Yankee Springs. Is anyone else planning on camping in the area for this event? It looks like 'Deep Lake Rustic' is the only area with sites available to reserve online. I have never camped here, only hunted the area with my dad, so did not know if anyone had any more helpful info on this area in regards to camping - recreation passport needed, drive up sites available, etc. I do not believe there are showers available which is fine but just wanted to see if any other letter boxers would be camping as well - we'd love to have letterboxin' neighbors! My mom will be driving down from GR that day for the event but I can tell you, she won't be camping haha
