Since there doesn't seem to be a good place to post about new letterboxing patches, T-shirts, and other merchandise, I've created a board just for those announcements, questions, and discussions related to them. Happy trails! =)

I will be placing our first order for PNW Letterboxing T-shirts hopefully within the next week. They will be Gildan 6.1 oz long-sleeve in colors forest green, maroon, or royal blue. You can view the blank shirts and colors on Amazon at: http://www.amazon.com/sta6244-GILDAN-Cotton-Sleeve-5X-Large/dp/B000FVJYGA/sr=1-2/qid=1163966616/ref=sr_1_2/102-0861345-6482517?ie=UTF8&s=apparel
(I know, that's a huge address.)

The front will have a pocket-sized rain-drop-shaped logo with Lb PNW in it and the back will have the logo "Not all who wander are lost... some of us are letterboxing". After some discussion on the Oregon list and the Yahoo PNW Letterboxing list these seemed to be the preferred designs.

I should have the shirts in plenty of time to ship for holidays. And, yes, you are allowed to buy one for yourself, put it under the tree and say it is from Santa :)

The cost is going to be 13.67/ea (sizes S-XL) plus 3.00 for shipping in the U.S. The 2XL shirts are a dollar more. At this point, I'm taking pre-orders in colors and sizes. This is not a commitment to buy, but it will give me a general idea of how many, what sizes, and what colors to order. So if you are pretty sure you will want one, send me a note including your size, color choice, or any questions.
Could someone please??????????

Wow! Ryan, you are way too responsive to problems. How do you do that so fast? I can't get my IT guy at work to even acknowledge there's a problem for days. You fix stuff immediately. Awesome.

I'm pretty sure I can also get 3XLs. Not yet sure about child sizes - I'll let you know in a couple of days.

When the shirts come in, I will set them up on my company website and you can order and pay there. So don't worry about checks and stuff now. Thanks!

Kim, there's AQ stuff under "Marketplace" (I'm sure you've found it!!) and you can get the LBNA patch by clicking on the pic of the patch on the letterboxing.org home page. There's more letterboxing stuff - I think at letterboxing.info - yep, just checked, look at the menu on the left.

For Texas specific stuff - sorry, I don't know, but I'm sure there's a regional board on yahoo?

Hi Murray,
Hey, we definitely want shirts but don't know what color to order until we know what the logo colors are. Can you tell me what color is planned for the text and the PNWLb logo?
Somehow I missed the final decision on that.
Thanks - this is great fun!

If you have pre-ordered a Letterboxing Pacific Northwest t-shirt, you can finally order it!!! Please go to the following website for all the photos and information: http://www.rosaryshop.com/letterbox.php

I apologize for being so late with these and hope they can still reach you in time for Christmas. I've been in the hospital for the past two days and I'm still a little dazed. Everything is just fine (routine gall-bladder removal) but it will take a few days until I'm back to normal.

If you have not pre-ordered a shirt, but would like to order one, there are a few extras. But please give the pre-orderers a few days to pick up their requests first.

Thanks so much and have a blessed holiday!

The last of the PNW patches slid out the door a little while ago and a new batch is due to slither in next week. If you want to make one of these babies your very own, go to: http://letterboxpatches.blogspot.com/
to find the details on how to order. Be the first kid on your block to make Sluggo your own personal pal.

If anyone else needs PNW shirts, AQ-mail me. I still have quite a few that need good homes. If all goes as planned I'll bring them to the Spring Flinger too.

The slogan is a variation on Tolkien, and of course we are willing to share. That's what letterboxers are all about! Sluggo is kinda the PNW mascot. If you do design a Great Lakes version, we will want to see pictures. Have fun!

And IF I had read the text just to the left of the photos, I would have known that! ;-) Not to mention, I adore Tolkien and have read LOTR and seen the movies (more than a few *cough* dozen *cough* times)...momentary loss of reason, temporary insanity? Who knows. It's been a long day.

Anyhow, thank you for sharing the info and photos with the rest of the country. I'm gonna see what we can do about gettin' us some perty shirts like that!
