Oh I love to go a-boxing
Along the mountain pass
And as I go I love to sing
My supplies are on my back.
Log and stamp
I will tramp
Inks and clues
How 'bout youse?
And I sing just as well as I song write.
Along the mountain pass
And as I go I love to sing
My supplies are on my back.
Log and stamp
I will tramp
Inks and clues
How 'bout youse?
And I sing just as well as I song write.
Here's my song

Hi-ho, hi-ho, it's off to box I go,
With ink and book and rubber stamp
With clues, I go!
We hunt-hunt-hunt for the letterbox
in the woods, the whole day through -
we hunt and poke and puzzle and peek
it's what we love to do.
Hi-ho, hi-ho, it's stamping in I go,
With images to take and leave
I love this so!
With ink and book and rubber stamp
With clues, I go!
We hunt-hunt-hunt for the letterbox
in the woods, the whole day through -
we hunt and poke and puzzle and peek
it's what we love to do.
Hi-ho, hi-ho, it's stamping in I go,
With images to take and leave
I love this so!

Don't usually sing this while out boxing, but we have gotten some rousing choruses going when someone wanted to sing for my PT! See how long it takes for you to figure out the tune...
You can carve, you can hide...library boxes inside...oooh
See that Kat, so discreet, diggin' the drive-by queen
Friday night and you're on AQ
Checking up on your latest clue.
Hike is less than .1 miles, elevation none,
time for some drive-by fun.
Anybody can get that box
Celebrating the Year of the Ox
Walk into the cemetery, look into the tree,
You'll find the camo pouch
Time to get off the couch...
You are the drive-by queen, park & ride #17
Drive-by queen, grab that box, quick before you're seen...
You can carve, you can hide...library boxes inside...oooh
See that Kat, so discreet, diggin' the drive-by queen
You're a 'boxer, you find that stash
hide it better and then you dash
Lookin' out for another, any one'll do
In search of the perfect clue
If anyone asks for you...
You are the drive-by queen, park & ride #17
Drive-by queen, grab that box, quick before you're seen...
You can carve, you can hide...library boxes inside...oooh
See that Kat, so discreet, diggin' the drive-by queen
Will have PT at L&B, in case anyone wants to sing ;-) Maybe at the masquerade ball??

I'm guessing it's by a band with four letters in the name and not from the US.....

I think I heard this one once. Right before I put the ear plugs in.

As I was brushing a foot of snow off my car to see what I could see (oh wait-that's another song!) I had the line "summer's here and the time is right for dancing in the street..." stuck in my head...where did that come from!?! LOL
