Wow..I've just been perusing the past two months worth of posts here on the Ohio board...we've been through a lot lately...Jan's stroke and passing, p-pack's daughter's car accident, fun events, memorable memorials...good times and bad. What a nice place to be able to share it all, though. Thanks Ohio for making this such a nice place to visit.

My original search this morning before I got distracted by the last two month's worth of events, was for the number of Matchbox cars that got donated at the DUMMB Event. Does anyone remember? I thought I posted it here, but can't find it...let me know if you can remember.

Trying to!! It seems the furnace kicks on every 15-20 minutes??? Trying to get ready to head for Gatlinburg but their weather isn't much better than ours??!!

Dress warm, it's fairly chilly here in Gatlinburg, but sunny. Supposed to be in the low 40's. See you tomorrow.

A must do on New Years eve at 11:59pm is to jump off the top of the Clingmans Dome overlook into the snow. I have never been down there on that date so I have never tried. But you all can uphold the honor of Ohio to be the first to do it. Is that a deal??? ;O)

Would you accept a midnite ziplining trip???!!There is a course right next door to our resort plus the Space Needle Ball Drop across the street!!! EVERYONE have a great New Year's Eve & talk at you all next year!!!

All of us plus our 2 Hale's Angels went to a dinner & show last nite!!! The show was "Swingtime" & was just what it suggested-- swingtime music/dancing.......really good!

We'd be there for sure, but Clinman's Dome is closed til Spring. We were SO there! LOL

I've got pics of white lites zipping thru Xmas lites amongst the foggy/drizzley weather we had last nite!!! But the fireworks were awesome from top of the Space Needle;our rooms are on the 7th floor overlooking the street.....
