For those who do not read the Kid Shenanigans Board, it was suggested I cross-post this link. Grab a box of tissue before reading.

The article in the April 2013 Indianapolis Monthly magazine is now available online.

You are willing to lose your marbles? j/k

I have random marbles found in my attic and out in the yard. I just put them in my button jar.

NH had 17. I'm in IL and we had only 6. Yes, that is just sad. My goal is to kick that UP a notch or two! I hope my fellow IL boxer buddies will help! Now, I'm planning a visit to NH this summer, so go nuts! I want to find them all when I'm there, and I'm not afraid of some friendly competition! LOL!

Hi MO boxers! I'll be coming to Columbia this weekend to hear my daughter's recital at Mizzou, and we would love to get a few boxes while we are there but don't have much time. Any suggestions on a few "not-to-be-missed" boxes? I welcome all shameless plugs, BTW. Thanks!

I earned one of those pins! It's nice. About the size of a pathtag. :)

Oh, that Seagull!! She always beats us to the good stuff! She's everywhere! ;)

Super simple.....really great!

Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning

I just put the chicken on the grill (or under the broiler) turn as it just starts to brown and sprinkle with the "seasoning". Brown the second side. Turn, sprinkle, let the first side finish browning.

Remove and serve!

They have some good ones. There are several at Rock Bridge SP. I would check listings to verify what is still there and what has gone missing. That park has boxes that have been around for a while, and would be a nice addition to your log book, others recently planted by Wyld Wings (WOM), and another yet to be listed, just sitting there waiting..... :) It it very pretty too, with different loop lengths to accommodate different time restrictions.

Cavendar's is my "go-to" seasoning. It tastes good on everything from grilled chicken to potatoes and I'm never without it in the cupboard.

These were marbles my father gave to me more than 25 years ago including some he had for at least as long if not during his childhood. They were feeling deserted in a drawer away from everyone and I decided someone else could give them a better home. :-) They left in today's mail for their new home.

Hmm... Ideally 250-3oo but I wouldn't turn down 500. Hopefully not all 500s.

250-300 is just fine for me as well.

Well, she still cant go on the trip tommorow. But...
When I realized she has an ear infection, I knew to give her ibruprophin. Then she finally ate. Water melon & rocky road icecream. She is finally asleep now. I almost took her to the E.R. bc she was crying so hard. Then the nurse finally called back & agreed with me basically. She has a dr app tommorow.
Im so thankful she is sleeping soundly.

I believe so much in the power if prayer & I put out a mass prayer request. Thanks everybody! I couldnt have done it without everyone :)

I was printing out some clues tonight and decided I wanted the print to be a bit larger, so I went to My Preferences/usability and changed the print size for printed materials from "small" to "normal" and clicked on "save".......and the next page printed out with smaller print than before......maybe something needs fixed?

apparently I hit home with her when I made the comment bout her being a CYBER STALKER

To be perfectly honest, you seem to have an anger-management problem. So what if someone is a bit concerned about your fascination with Jack the Ripper? You think everyone is going to like you? They aren't. Heck, I'm a great person, but I still know there are people who don't like me. =)

That doesn't bother me as much as your little temper tantrum, though. And calling someone a "cyber stalker" is nothing short than inflammatory and is called a "flame" on message boards--which is not allowed here. And yelling at people--which is what ALL CAPS signifies on message boards--is not appropriate decorum on these message boards either.

Read the message board best practices--you might step on fewer toes if you take them to heart. Right now, all you're doing is creating a large group of people who have absolutely no desire to give you the benefit of a doubt anymore.

(holding back the tears of joy)

Tears are often the telescope by which humans see far into heaven.

The world is so empty if one thinks only of mountains, rivers and cities; but to know someone here and there who thinks and feels with us, and though distant, is close to us in spirit - this makes the earth for us an inhabited garden.

I'm not sure what to tell you. I logged into your account and tried doing exactly that, but the printed clues were larger when I tried it. I noticed the preferences were left to print as "small" text, so I changed it "normal" sized text, but it looks to me like it's working just fine.

It might help to refresh the page before you print, though. It's possible your browser is using a cached version of the page which is causing the update not to display. *shrug*

But otherwise, I'm baffled.

More than One Signature Stamp?

I know it musn't be fairly common, however, being that I am perpetually in an identity crisis, especially with so many beautiful images to carve, I find it hard to stick to just ONE signature stamp.

Does anyone out there use more than one signature stamp?

I sort of will be soon, but for a different reason. I am getting a new puppy soon and I want a sig stamp for her, but not have a separate account for her. It will be listed as a PT (or will "other" be more appropriate?) that boxers can log a find on, but is actually a sig that will be used when she is boxing with me.

Also, (I am going to try anyways) I plan on having my sig stamp themed to certain events.

But based on observance... I know of some letterboxers who have a couple of sig stamps. But that is presumably because they need smaller ones in certain instances. They are still the same general theme though.
