I'm having an aweful hard time trying to find you a picture and/or link of what I'm talking about but maybe someone else knows what I'm talking about. (?)

Its a PVC screw lid and container. It can sit on the ground and looks to most as its part of a drainage system or valve. we found a letterbox in two of these. The only thing is the finder must rescrew it perfect or water can seep in and it just becomes a mess.

I've seen this type of plant. Contact I dig toasters for more details as she is the planter.

I believe its an "end cap" or something like that. Round but then a square little part on top I guess you can use it like a handle to unscrew the thing.

Thanks- I have tried the gluing a rock, styrofoam, and spray foam stuff. They are all in some sort of drying phase on the deck. Must say that this is a messy adventure for someone who has never done anything like it. No matter what works best- it is not hard and definitely learned some new skills (they need work).

Btw- gloves, gloves, gloves

fake rocks not out of foam

you would want to build it over a form so you have a hole for the box

Here is the foam rock that Kirbert suggested. Now I'm no expert!

The other one- we'll I need to remake it. Did not hold shape.

This was super easy, totally water proof, and done :)

Heh. That was your FIRST try? Can you get the container open and shut? Is the photo before or after painting?

Uhhh, something I probably shoulda mentioned sooner: The can of Great Stuff won't keep once it's opened. You might wanna go ahead and make rocks out of another dozen containers before the can goes bad. Or, you could do something silly like seal up all the drafts in your house.

I just googled it. It's not called Good Stuff... it's called Great Stuff! (I guess it really is!!)

Thanks- I already did that, except I made 6 large rocks for those awkwardly large containers.

Had to tell my son- no throwing rocks in the house! I cut a tunnel through one with a large knife and painted it- now Thomas rides through it. :)

Here is my go at gluing a rock on top.

When I first saw it I thought this would not work, went outside to the leaf litter by our wood pile- perfect! Heavy

Btw- I think hard as nails might be better than gorilla glue. I used gorilla glue and there were gaps due to shape of the rock.

Here's sorta what I mean. The plug (or top part) is correct. It can screw into something. The container on the bottom is closed off. Maybe an end cap???
