Have you ever been sitting logging LTCs from a trade and the theme of one was so awesome, and when you look up the card you see it was attached to a tracker? You click on the tracker to see what it was and AWE MAN it was something you love!! Full of your favorite LTCers, and YOU somehow missed it!! Or maybe it was a full tracker and you stalked it, even making a card with the tracker's theme, in hopes that there'd be a last minute drop you could swoop in on? And then life gets in the way sometimes. You signed up for something, got it started, but couldn't finish in time? Last but not least, there's the times when you sent in your set in time but the were never received, only to show back up at your place with canceled postage way after the tracker completed? Ok, just thought of one last one, maybe you wanted to open a tracker, but you fish for some interest on the boards first only to get no response.
WELL this is the tracker for you!! It's kind of a free-for-all really. A theme-less theme. Given the scenarios above, cards may be recycled, but only if they haven't been traded with anyone in the tracker.
