This is to sign up for the 2013 Great Letterbox Exchange. In signing up - you are volunteering to carve an image, create a logbook and box to accompany the image and swap it with someone else in the AQ world. I will do my best to match folks up with far flung partners and with folks they have not exchanged with in the past (thru my swaps.) If there are specific locations you'd like to be flung - I will do my best to accomodate.

The sign up will close Apr 15, 2013... giving me a couple of weeks to match folks up. I will list matches by end of April. Please have your boxes ready to go by then... the matches should be completed by mid May so boxes can be planted in a timely manner.

If you cannot commit to carving, creating a complete box (unless other arrangements are made by your partner and yourself), and planting one sent to you in return - PLEASE DO NOT sign up. Once matches are made - I have no responsibility to track down deliquent partners.

If you are matched up and do not hear from your partner in 3-4 days - please contact me and I will put together a list and try my best to rematch folks.

ALL are welcome as long as you can play by the rules... new carvers, new boxers, kids and multiple folks from any family are certainly welcome as long as you can commit to completion of this project. If you want to do more than one box - send me an AQ mail and I'll keep you in mind : )

If you have any specific requirements - contact me via AQ mail : ) I will always try my best to accomodate most requests if feasible. Also post your requests on this tracker - I tend to forget things - especially moving requests into archieved mail : )
