Description

Come join us for night boxing and a good old fashioned campfire after the Susquehanna Sojourn and Susquehanna Chow events. We have some fun night hiking planned! We'll get there no earlier than 8PM and small groups will be given clues in staggered starts no earlier than 9:00, or when it gets dark.

We'll meet at the Council Ring, which is to the right on the main trail after you park ... you'll have seen it during the day if you come for the day event, otherwise, look for the roaring campfire. We'll hang out around the campfire until it gets really dark and then we'll send groups off on staggered starts on the trail. If nothing gets a hold of you out in the woods, you can return to the fun of the campfire and more stamp exchanging!

We have firewood, but could use help with refreshments for around the campfire (no alcohol, please). Please sign up so we get an idea of who is coming and what you might be bringing to the campfire.

Park in the field as you did in the morning.

Be sure to bring
- flashlights or headlamps
- bug spray
- snacks or beverages to share
- long pants and sweatshirts (it will likely be a cool evening)
- stamp pads or markers
- someone very brave with you!

Directions (be sure to get more detailed directions/maps on your own):

From the Albany: I88 West until it joins with I-81 S, I-81S to exit 2 Route 17E), Route 17E to exit 76 (Haskins/Foley Rd). Right on Haskins, immediate left onto Johnson, less than a mile on the right is Camp Sertoma. Park in the big field.

From Syracuse: I-81 S to exit 2 (Route 17East), Route 17E to exit 76 (Haskins/Foley Rd). Right on Haskins, immediate left onto Johnson, less than a mile on the right is Camp Sertoma. Park in the big field.

From Allentown: I-81 N to exit 2E (Route 17East), Route 17E to exit 76 (Haskins/Foley Rd). Right on Haskins, immediate left onto Johnson, less than a mile on the right is Camp Sertoma. Park in the big field.

From Susquehanna Chow, Endwell: Main St East until you can merge LEFT onto 17East (about 1.5 miles), when 17East and I81 merge follow it to exit 2 (17East), take 17East to exit 76 (Haskins/Foley Rd). Right on Haskins, immediate left onto Johnson, less than a mile on the right is Camp Sertoma. Park in the big field.

Note on locations:
Susquehanna Sojourn: exit 76 off of 17 (new I86), 469 Johnson Road .. just about a mile from the exit
Susquehanna Chow: exit 69W off of 17(new I86), about 2 miles from the hotels, 13 miles from the day event
Susquehanna at Night: back to exit 76, same place as Susquehanna Sojourn
