Description

Time and Location

This year, the Binghmaton Area Mini-Meet will be held at the George F. Johnson Memorial Library from 6:00-8:00 P.M. It will take place in the Meeting Room in the Library that is downstairs. Please do not arrive before 6:00 P.M. because our reservation begins at 6:00 P.M. Also, the library staff told us that everyone must be out of the room by 8:30 and the room must be set up to the original layout, therefore, the event will end at 8:00 P.M. so I can reset the room to the original layout. The room is supposed to fit 90 people, so we should not have a problem this year (Unlike last year where we squeezed 25 people into the Dunkin' Donuts Meeting Room).

What to Bring

Please bring your ink (of course!), travelers, traveling event boxes, and other stamps that you would like to share. Also, if you create and trade LTCs, please bring them. I am always open to trades and plenty of other Letterboxers in the area also trade them.

Stamps

As you probably know, the theme this year is Musical Instruments. All of the stamps that will be there will be listed to the public at a later time.

Food

The Library will allow us to bring food into the Meeting Room, assuming it is cleaned-up before we leave. If you would like to bring any small snack foods to share with everyone, please just let me know before you do so. Please remember that this is not a potluck event, but if there are any small food items you would like to bring, feel free.
