Sorry but I warned you that the event would be sold out earlier this year because the list opened up in 2009 instead of January 1st this year.

Picture ID is required to check in at the Hunt. YOU MUST BE 21 by the date of the hunt!

Every participant must sign the license agreement and waiver of liability, and abide by all rules of the hunt.

We have access to the building from 8:00pm until 6:00am and a late dinner of pizza and soda. Water, soda, coffee and hot chocolate available throughout the evening.

So lets meet at Bob Evans at 525 N Trimble Road in Mansfield Ohio for coffee and an early dinner and exchanges at 5:00 pm. The phone number there is 419-529-2228 and Chris is the manager and knows we are letterboxers... SIGN UP AT THE BOB EVANS GHOSTIE MEET N GREET II...

You should pick up a head worn flashlight at Walmart or a sporting goods store. Dress cool... you can go to your car at any point but you cannot leave the grounds.

No cell phones are allowed in the buildings so bring a WATCH.

Security for each hunt will be provided by a uniformed police officer.

The building contains hazards including, but not limited to: steep steps, uneven surfaces and lead-based paint.

Pizza at the event will be served at approximately 11 pm. Soft drinks, water, coffee and hot cocoa will be served throughout the night.

Check in is at 7pm. You will be given a rules and regulations speech, followed by 1 Ãƒï¿½Ã‚Â½ hour guided tour.

After the tour, the lights will be turned off and we will be on our own until 6 am.

Spirit seeker says sometimes nothing happens until around 3 am so get PLENTY of rest before you go...
