I'm sorry to say your box is gone. The area was being cleared of dead wood in front of the gate and the log is no longer there. We were disappointed that we didn't find it.

took repair kit with me but found the box and logbook were in fine shape

Driving back from McCall on Sunday (along with all the rest of the traffic) and recently driving through a sizable storm (complete with hail), we weren't sure we would stop for this box this time. But, as we approached the spot, we saw A-Bear walking down the road! We pulled over to say hi and also ended up getting an exchange with her mom who had just re-hidden the box. We barely got stamped into this box before the storm started to catch up with us again.
