Frankly I am shocked that these two boxes haven't seen more traffic (I am the second letterboxer in 9 years according to the log books). True, this hike is on the long and strenuous side for letterboxing, but it is an absolutely beautiful hike and the second half is a gentle descent on a ridge with non-stop sweeping views. For those that hesitate when a box hasn't been found in a while, I assure both boxes are safe and sound (though #3 is quite damp--tried to dry it out as best I could).
