Looked every where beneath both staircases. Looks like new landscaping and new mulch recently put down.

The stamp is fine, but there is no log book at all. 😞 Also, the letterbox was not under the rock, but sitting beside it. I am wondering if a geocacher found it and took the log book, as a Canadian coin was left inside the bag. I left the coin, sealed the bag up, and put it back under the rock.
