Funny story: we were hunting for another box in a Wilmington cemetery and happened to find another stone for Fred Hubbard - with a large maple tree behind it! Searched very thoroughly, without luck. Back to camp we went, resigned to log it as a miss. But I just couldn’t get it out of my head. It had a recent find, could it really be gone?? Decided to do a little online digging and found another possibility. So glad we kept hunting and added this lovely stamp to our book! Thanks for a head-scratching adventure!

Found Fred, and his tree. Wasn't willing to damage the stone wall, if it's in there. :( , But I walked away believing it was not.
