The park is no longer there, they (the city of Burlington) is building something, and all trees have been cut down.

wow..beautifully detailed carve! We even took a moment to go down the slide!

Wonderful carve - thanks for bringing me here. Took a ride down the slide to cap it all off :)

Beautiful stamp and location!

The church was really lovely at night, all lit up...Beautiful stamp, too! Would have made a lovely event stamp for Burlington.

Today we found our very first letterbox! The stamp was beautifully carved, very detailed. Makes we want to go to a stamp carving class. Well done. What I loved best about this letterbox is that I grew up in this area. When I was a teenager I would walk these very streets to get to my grandmother's place. So this box and where it is placed has sentimental memories about the area for me.

Nice little park next to the churchgrounds! Took Kenlaur and I to distract the local muggles!

AWESOME carve! Had to be extra careful with Ribfest going on.
Thanks.

Luckily for us, the church was open when we visited. We had a look inside at the beautiful stained glass. The playground was a perfect place for the young fiddleheads to blow off steam while I stamped up all our books and dealt with multiple hitch hikers.

I've decided I really like old Burlington. The place is filled with charm.
