I replaced the letterbox, as it was missing. Enjoy!

We tried so hard to find this following everyone's comments with no luck. The only railroad tie we spotted was on the beach amidst driftwood. When we started getting pelted with hail, we had to give up. Bummer!

Found it, thanks to comments from LCAB and Dawgdok! Everything is in great shape. The box could use replacing--at least, the lid. It's a sandwich type of box, with a seal that is dryrotting; half of the seal is missing. I was really, really happy to have found this box! I spotted the RR tie--or rather, I spotted the bolthead within it. There was a piece of cut(?) stump lying against it. I knew I was close! YAY!

Nail board was gone; we covered the box with a bit of driftwood instead. There's a LOT of wood now where the old parking lot used to be. If you're having trouble read the comments and make sure you can see the jetty sign

Found a flat piece of wood with bolts sticking out, no box. Ever turned the wood on it’s side to double check.

Took some time and we almost gave up and then I started from the parking lot and tried that way and found it right away. Part of the road has been washed out up by the lighthouse and I think that was what was throwing us off. Beautiful stamp!

Had a really nice time at the beautiful lighthouse. Happy to find this 'box, doubt we would've been able to without reading comments from others!

Wouldn't have found this one without kudichan, but persistence paid off. Thanks so much. It was very pretty here.
