Went to go check on it with a friend to help get them into letterboxing, box is still looking good!

Saw a FB post about Boxing Day and letterboxing, which prompted me to get out and find a box. We've been here a few times before; we enjoy the view from along this stretch of the Bruce Trail. Retrieved the pouch and brought it back to the van to do the stamping. I thought the steering wheel was a great place to balance the logbook while stamping in...until I pressed too hard and sounded the horn, scaring the wits out of a hiker returning to his vehicle parked beside us. Oops, I don't think they he was too impressed. Thanks Bumble for the letterbox.

How much do I love optical illusions? Great find. My father-in-law is actually a volunteer with the Bruce Trail Association and this is actually the part of the trail he maintains.....

I returned in non-PI weather and had much better luck this time. I came at it from the bottom instead of the top, and while I didn't stop to see Magnetic Hill, I could certainly tell where it was by the way I could feel my car being "pulled" downhill!

Pouch is in good shape. I dropped off a Christmas-themed HH, which seemed appropriate for this time of year.

Very quick, easy find while letterboxing in the area before traveling to Buffalo. Box and contents in good condition!

Our second try was a success. This time we fed Hal first so he wasn't cranky . . . LOL . . . and we actually experienced the Magnetic Hill!!!!

I'm back and this time it was a quick find. My problem last time was snow on the ground and I didn't make a more of an effort. It's nicely hidden in the dark crevice. Afterwards took the nearby Bruce Trail to find a cache about 500m away. Nice area - decent views of Hamilton and the harbour, especially now that the trees are still bear. Enjoyed the themed stamp. Did the magnet hill experiment a few years ago and it worked. :) Thank you Bumble Along.
