Went with optimistic hopes, but sadly unable to locate this one near the tree described. Very open area now with debris on the ground.

There were many large oaks but after looking around each one in the vicinity I did not find the box. Looks like there has been a lot of kids plunking around in there though.

Well...searched, but did not find it. Scoured beneath lots of trees, but looks like kids have been in the area, too.

Found on a dark, cold, and windy night in March. Not real fun for a 20 year Texan but these are a great set of stamps. There is a small chunk missing from the obverse stamp but the inage is still good. Thanks for placing these here for a wandering Texan to stumble across.

Found the box on a cold, dark, windy night in March. Fortunately, there was no snow today. The box is in good shape but the obverse stamp has cracked and a small sliver is missing. This does nothing to diminish the great images these stamps produce!

Great stamps! Unfortunately the face of the quarter has a small chunk missing, but this is STILL worth getting! I found it laying out in the open, but I hid it well for the next finder!

This box truly deserves the term AWSOME.
This was our first find of the day and the perfect way to start out. The "Face" coin has a piece missing from the lower right side. It wasn't in the box anywhere. But the whole box is wonderful. Thanks for planting!
