Left a new logbook. Did not see a railroad tie, but followed the rock wall on the left to likely looking rocks and there it was! Ware some barbed wire on the way. It was very cool checking out the finders in the first logbook from an older box!

Found the trail and the stump, but the box is gone. They're also putting up a fence at the bottom of the hill, which will make it difficult to get up there. I hope I'm wrong, but if you could check, it will make things easier for the next guy.
