Great directions. We are pretty sure that we were in the correct location, but had no luck finding the box :(

Enjoyed the search for this box. We are pretty sure we had the right location. But no sign of it.

The box wasn't in it's spot today. The foliage has all died back so it was difficult to conduct a thorough search without arousing suspicion. If anyone is in the area and can take a look that would help. Please let us know status of this box...6 year old "Shelagh" is going to be sad if it's missing forever!

We noticed that as the foliage is dying back the location of this cache is getting easier to see. Be very careful if anyone is around when you are taking or rehiding the cache. Please be sure to put the logbook back into the ziplock when you are done. Thanks!

Ah! Finally! After two previous attempts wherein we were accosted by security (who were very nice, but politely suggested we shouldn't be rummaging around in the forest at night just outside the Perimeter Institute), and with an extra hint from Shelagh, we found this one. Apparently, I am too familiar with this area. I knew where the asphalt begins further down the path, but not RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE.

Thanks for the nice walk to find this box! Our year old grandson enjoyed the ducks, geese, swan, a squirrel, and a rabbit along the way!

An adorable image to cap off a great outing. We:
-saw many wee ducklings
-watched a community baseball game
-got up close and personal with the peacock

Try though we might, we couldn't avoid feeding the ducks. When they realized we were eating, 22 ducks waddled out of the river and surrounded us, and one jumped right up onto our picnic table and stole a bite of banana!

A nice place to hide a letterbox. Took me a while to get my bearings but things eventually came together for me. To my surprise the Fiddleheads were here today too. What a cute little handcarved stamp. I really like the handmade logbook too. Thanks Shelagh for the visit, the adventure, and the handcarved stamp image. :)

This took me through areas of the park I hadn't been to in a while. A nice walk through a nice area. Thanks!

Oh, and a very cute stamp. :-)
