The only spanish I speak is my name haha. Used the translator on my phone. Made the find on a cold and windy day with AKA.

A windy day indeed. Weather alerts of squalls and dust storms. But SoCal and I found the beautiful brunette with Benito the muppet dog leading the way. Sometimes it’s good to get right in the heart of weather. SoCal graciously offered to brave the wind and return the find to its hidey hole. Thank you for this striking stamp.

Everything is closed and there are cones everywhere! But parked and started walking.

My translation left a little to be desired but it was close enough.

Nobody around this afternoon so it was easy to be stealthy while hunting this stunning stamp. Flags weren’t up, but I could see the poles. Once I turned the corner and saw the high ditch and the pool, I knew I was on the right track! I never knew that the NHCC was such a big place!

Had fun with this one, though, my Spanish is rusty - thought torreon was a large bull! Thank goodness for easy access to information!

I so much admire your carves with faces and lettering!

Box has a new log book and is in great shape. Construction currently going on requires some improvising.

Was out in open. Recovered best we could. No finders for 5 years. Glad we got to visit it this morning.
