We finally have this one! Was mentioning to Vivian the Viking at a little mini meet today that we were missing this quilt square. She told us that she had it because she had pulled it for you due to construction on the original plant site. So, she shared. Hope you don't mind! Our quilt is complete!

The box has been temporarily removed due to major construction at 50 Kent St. It will be replaced once the construction (and landscaping) is done.

This was our first find in the series and I was immediately bitten by the "mennonite quilt" bug. The information that you provide, the locations and the beautiful stamps are so engaging. Thank you for creating this wonderful series.

This was my 4th visit to this location - every other time it was too muggly to look for it safely. Was very happy everyone was away at the cottage this weekend!

This one was a bit tough. Very exposed to prying eyes. I attempted at night as to not be seen.

I've never felt so nervous pulling out a box before! Extreme stealth required. The kids were a good cover. I really liked this square.

It required stealth to get this box today - a few neighbours were outside working on their gardens. We did manage to retrieve and return it though - hopefully undetected!

Found the box quickly (stepped gingerly among the plants) and headed back to the car to stamp up. When I was finished I started to head back to re-hide it but looked over the road to house #43. There was a guy there standing at the open side door smiling at me, in a 'what are you up to' kind of smile. Dang. I walked over to the parking lot but I saw him go into the house and then appear at the front window, looking over at me. Dang. So I went back to the car with the box and headed over to the Tim Horton's about a couple of blocks away. Had a lovely tomato soup and biscuit - I was getting pretty hungry after a long afternoon of letterboxing. After eating I went back. Parked in a different spot and checked #43. No guy there. I placed the box back quickly but tucked nicely under the cotoneaster. I sure hope this box survives and that I'm not the cause of its demise.
