I couldn't find it! I hope it really wasn't there and I didn't just overlook it...

We tried, but could not locate the box. Three of us were looking even. Let us know if you find out differently, and it is indeed there.

Gorgeous stamp!

What a fantastic way to start our day on the Islands. This is one of the best stamps I've ever found in Toronto.

This was a number of firsts for me -- first time I've been to the island on my own, first time I took the ferry to Hanlan's Point (always went to and from Centre Island), first time I took my dog with me (so first time she's been on a ferry). I had a fantastic day. This box started the day off really well. A WOW moment when I opened up the box. Amazing 2 part stamp and image. Thanks!
P.S. There was a travelbug in the box. I moved it to a geocache on the island and logged it on the gc site.

I love historical stamps! The island is gorgeous, and finding the box was the highlight of my first visit to Toronto.

My final find on my trip to the island. What a spectacular carving. You never cease to amaze. And the ferry arrived about five minutes after I had put the box back in its place. Perfect timing all around.
