Thanks for bringing us to this spot. There is a TON of overgrowth to get to this box now. No muggles were about, so it was not impossible. Saw a bald eagle, crane and lots of Canadian geese. A very nice carve. Box in great shape.

We were able to locate the box today, however the log book was empty (no information in it?) and there was no stamp at all. There was a coin that was loose in the box - maybe a geocache treat? We used that as our 'stamp'...didn't want to leave empty handed!
Also - the main road leading to viewpoint 4 is closed as the tower is unsafe, we walked in from the gate.

ever try to use a coin as a stamp??

Thanks for beinging me back here. I visited this place about 20 years ago with my in-laws. There were 100s of swan at the time. August isn't swan migration time but it meant I had the place to my self - no swan, no people. Made for easy hunting. Nice hand carved stamp. Thanks BBT.

Muggles everywhere. Took a loooong time to retrieve, but otherwise in good condition!

We have just put a new stamp in the box to replace the one that was traded out for a toonie a while back. The box is ready to find again.

This was such a peaceful location with a beautiful view. The stamp was very sweet.
