The fallen tree on #2 was pretty well rotted away, but the box was still there. I have moved it down the trail a bit and updated the clue. I hope to replace #5 soon :-)

Found #1 last, after realizing that the 4 guy wires were on the RIGHT side of the trail. I couldn't find #2, though I tried every fallen tree anywhere near the lone poplar. #5 is almost certainly MIA -- I found a purple plastic screw-on lid next to the tree, which I'm afraid was once the letterbox lid.

Lovely series! Two of the boxes were NOT covered at all - we re-hid them with the camouflage mentioned in the clues. The New Life box was filled with new life - a whole colony of newly hatched ants scattered out when we opened it. Eww. We got over it. :)

Great series and area, even with the heat.

I liked all the boxes. "Forgiven" was my favorite to get because we picked all different colors. I think "Forgiven" was in the best hiding spot, too! "New Life" looks really hard to carve. You did a good job! Thank you! I had fun!
