We found this on a crisp winter day and had a great walk in with the sun blazing down and the sound of the river. The stamp was FANTASTIC...Thanks!

Beautiful walk. We had the entire "place" to ourselves--except for the waterfowl. We took a lot of time, stopping to take pictures. It was cold enough that the last part of the walk wasnt wet but not cold enough to render the third bridge unnecessary. Beautifully carved stamp. Look forward to colouring it in at home.

An absolutely beautiful walk in the snow (which I don't say often! - lol). Very interesting and detailed stamp....I did a little research after we got home. ;) Very cool!!! Thanks.

Another fabulous winter-only carve, well worth the stroll through the snow!

Box is in good shape. Today the snow was splitting the sunlight into prisms and the ground was covered in rainbow iridescence.

Thanks for the first box of the season. The ground definatly needs to be frozen! A beautiful place.

Nice photo of the ice formations Fiddleheads. Saw them on the wonderful winter walk through the woods (could I use more w's? :}). Boy oh boy the water was high in the area just a few weeks ago. Lots of hovering ice plates, most of them at least a foot off the ground.

Made it to the box location without any trouble. I was wowed by the stamp. That had to take some time to create. Nice presentation too - liked the bag and the logbook. Thanks for a winter box and an all round good letterboxing experience.
