Last box - Pearl Street - Couldn't find it, although the glare was bad and there were A LOT of muggles around. Also, the box at Lafayette is probably gone as the entire establishment closed in March 2010 and re-opened as part of the "new" Hotel Lafayette as the Pan-American Grill.
