In addition to our finding note: we found that the box that was on top of the LP skirt was able to slide up enough for us to find it!

Like others, no doubt correct pole listed in clue, but some large mech/tech box has been bolted to bottom of pole preventing skirt from being raised. Treasure is sealed in for now.

I’m fairly certain I found the right lightpost but there is some sort of monitoring box attached that is preventing me from lifting the base.
