I fear this one is gone. The curve at the top of the hill is mostly nonexistent, but I found an old post with its colors removed. I used that as my guide for the rest of the clue, but with no luck.

Neat stamp! No log book to be found. Everything was wet; water in the box. Dried it all out, and added a little log book.
