This box was missing its lid. All the contents were waterlogged. The stamp still works but the log book didn’t survive. We replaced the packaging the best we could with what was on hand. The box is back home near the fishing hole access.

I absolutely cannot believe we actually found this!!! Since it was logged so recently by another boxer, I thought it was worth attempting, but not being familiar with the area I didn't have a very good sense of where to start. Since it is a blue pin on the map (exact location) my first thought was to go after it like a geocache, using the given coordinates, which brought us to the center of town where we had no luck finding a parking lot with rocks. I would recommend considering this a red pin (in or near the listed city).

It was really the log comments that gave us what we needed to find it. We tried so many spots before we found the right one, but find it we did! Woohoooo!!!!

This is a regular-sized box, definitely not micro. I loved the stamp. It looks so great on the same page of my book as "Slice of Herkimer," which we found earlier in the day. They pair so well together I thought at first it might be the same carver.

I grew up in the area but never had the pleasure of eating at The Black and White. The stamp is cute! The inside of the box was wet. I dried it, put some napkins in the bottom and new plastic bags. It was very slippery, but this crazy grandma did not fall into the creek! Thanks!

Yaaay! It's still there! The lock&lock is encrusted in dirt, but it's holding up well. I had scoped out this tree many years ago, but decided not to look that night because of people nearby and it was getting very dark. I only wish I'd been able to try the delicious subs. I will make the sauce. What an unusual location for a restaurant.

When we got to this area, there were construction vehicles parked here, making it evident they had done some work recently, probably due to the recent flooding. There was no sign, and so we counted rocks, but we are pretty sure they have been moved around as well. We were just about to give up when we found what we believe is your box; and as I reread the clue describing it as a "microbox", I think we are correct. The logbook was VERY wet however and there was no stamp. You may want to check on it and adjust your clue once they are done working in that area. Tricky! We were at the wrong tree!! Just ready to give up and then we noticed the tree. Cute stamp!
