We tried. We dug. We looked. I’m guessing the landscape has changed a bunch in the past several years. The box may very well be there but it is so buried it’s unaccessible. Sorry Dixie we tried... hard.

A favorite of the trip. For the clue, the spot, the carve. This would have been a an incomplete trip without it. I loved the story and the spot and box bring it together in a way that escapes words. This box is simply...a perfect box.

A beautiful spot - come early so you can hike up the mountain.
