Removing for maintenance

I'm so glad I got this one! What a nice carve. The stump is nearly deteriorated but there is a nice 4 foot deteriorating log across the trail from it to help future finders get their bearings.

It's been some time since the last time this clue was updated so the treeline has moved a lot. I'd suggest walking south on the trail past all the new growth until you feel like you are in the woods. The stump is very disintegrated, but one can imagine that it was once a large stump. The inside of the box was quite wet, but the bags were dry, everything inside in great shape. Beautifully carved stamp, wow.
