For Lovers...

The last community in north Newport Beach is called Newport Shores, a quaint little community tucked behind some local businesses, up against the bluffs. A lovely lagoon winds around the entire community. We have a little Lagoon Beach, equipped with several benches to sit on and enjoy the afternoon sunshine as it reflects on the lagoon, where a pair of white swans can often be seen floating.

Find your way to the FIRST of only two numbered streets in Newport Shores, and heading away from the ocean, take it past a little playground on your right.

Look for a series of "Couple Trees," standing tall and regal at the edge of the beach. The second couple hides the box behind a couple of bricks around their base garden, closest to the ocean, near a small palm.

The stamp is store bought, but it's still cute, but, more importantly, if you visit the spot with your significant other, it really is quite a romantic place.

P.S. if you have to bring the kids, send them off to play at the playground about 50 feet from where you'll be sitting. You'll be able to see them, while you grab a little hard-earned romantic time for the two of you!
