From Delaware Water Gap, head south on the Appalachian Trail to the top of Mount Minsi. Be sure to have a cold drink or something for any thru-hikers you meet heading into town, because they'll love you for it. ;o)
At the top, one of the trees has a Mt. Minsi sign, so you'll know when you've reached it. From the sign, take 15 steps due west, and you'll find the letterbox hidden in the hollow of a tree there.
