well just wanted to touch base (pun intended) with what is going on in our world of Softball and all the happenings for Mojo. Mojo's birthday is this coming weekend...she will be 15. She is excited cause she knows this is the year (15th bday) her brother got his cell phone and of course is wanting one too but the biggest news is how Mojo is getting a "free ride" to the ISA World Series this year to compete against "gold" or "A" class teams. It is being held in Myrtle Beach. Not very often does someone say "hey... you come pitch for us that weekend and your way is paid". She had a similar opportunity last year and had to turn it away (it was a half paid trip) but this year we just couldn't say no. I am so proud and excited for her...her good attitude on the field and hard work has paid off. :)

her usual team also wants to go to a world series (different one, different dates) but may not make it because of funds...so we are gonna be looking for fund raisers and sponsors to help 13 wonderful girls make it to "the show"

we haven't been on vacation in FOR-EV-ERRRR and now a whole week in Myrtle Beach is paid for (except our eats) for all of us! Way to go Mojo! all those days of me and her going at each others throats cause she didn't have her "mechanics" (pitching form) right has paid off. Mojo's mechanics are dang near impeccable.

Our school made a lot of money selling those "Entertainment" books. They have editions for almost everywhere and each book has HUNDREDS of coupons.

Also, Avon might be a fun fundraiser for girls in that age bracket. Good luck!!!
