Don't forget that there are quite a few letterboxes to find along the way! Ryan carried a tiny little logbook and eye-inkpad along with his signature stamp on the trail so he could letterbox along the way. He also used his letterbox signature stamp when he logged into trail registers at the shelters along the AT. That is how he got his trail name of "Green Turtle" because of his signature stamp and he used Green Ink the whole way! We hid quite a few letterboxes on the trail when he was doing it.

And letterboxers along the way are often good for some trail magic! Especially if you keep us updated on your progress.
