Just for poots and giggles, I filled out the Contact Us form on Speedball's site. I told them that I and thousands of my friends are having to modify our #1 nibs because the angle of the V is not acute enough to produce the detail some of use are trying to attain. I asked if they could look into creating a nib that's got a sharper point and a more acute angle.

I actually received a reply and the person said that's a good suggestion, and they'd forward it on to the Marketing & Production people.

Now... I saw a message some time ago that a few of you North Carolinians actually live near the HQ... and personally know people who work there... so I wonder... maybe you could whisper that idea in their ears next time you see 'em???
