Looking for Lock-n-Locks in All the Wrong Places...

NOTE: The actual meat of this post start in the third paragraph.

As you may have heard, the SE is covered in about 4" of chartreuse pollen from about every tree we've got. We're all desperately hoping for rain, especially in drought-stricken GA, to wash some of this yuck away. We might get lucky Sunday... April Fools Day... so I'm not crossing my fingers or anything.

Anyway, despite the ominous clouds of pollen floating through the air, I was headed to Stone Mountain at lunchtime (extended because of cooler temps) to finish off T-REX's "Toe the Line!" Series (a brutal slip-and-slide experience, even on dry granite). With the Big Rock in sight, it starts raining... hard enough to get everything wet and slick. Screw the pollen bath—I wanted to go boxing!! Bummed, I turn around and head for the massive commercial zone in Lithonia...

Where I've been able to get a four-pack of 3" x 4", 350 ml Lock-n-Locks (HPL806) for $7-8. Not anymore. Now all they have are these oversized and overpriced Snap-n-Locks. What a rip. So I hit three other places in the shopping area (Bed Bath & Beyond and a couple of others), and they've all got the same overpriced oversized Snap-n-Locks.

Back at the office, I enter the model number of this container, and every site that's got it is overseas. Europe, Korea, China, Japan... what the fudge...!? Not a single US hit. So I check heritagemint.com and organize.com and they ain't got what I want... WHERE oh WHERE are my Lock-n-Locks!!??

Anybody who's got a huge stash of these and would be willing to sell—RSVP off list!
