I was just telling my not exactly a muggle but a "what do you USE THAT for" clue solver! ; )
He is very willing to decode things but a hike is still pushin it so we let him guard the gate!!
Anyway after I had gotten back from Sterling Art with supplies , if you are from Orange County CA and are looking for a GREAT place for supplies let me know and I will tell you where to go , they are great people! I had gotten sliver pencils and gold too, mastercarve, some pink stuff a few pieces of graphic art the a dug that I am gonna use as inspiration....a couple new ink pads, a new flavor of incense and I was all ready to get in the zone....but before I could do that I had to tell my DH that this is really just an extension of scrap booking and crafting and meditation and art collection....so do you think he bought it all??? hehe Hook line and sinker!! I love my man !! He is a true gentleman and loves me so well! He knows I was blowin smoke but he also knows that all of this makes me totally happy and whole and the kids and I are having a great time together and even he gets into it at times!!! He's pretty easy. But in reality it does all connect and have uses in each of the other places in my life. It is totally a Zen thing for me ....I love it! And all the stamp stuff totally can be used in the scrap booking arena . I am so happy I found such a perfect fit here with letterboxing!

BTW- I can hardly tell I have a bedroom anymore- I really need to make the move into the big "craft room" but then I loose the TV my bed and the DSL- maybe I'll stay till my DH starts to gasp for breath......hummmm OR till he can't get his dresser open anymore! hehe
He hates to work and will have to do all the change over so I will let him tell me when...till then it is the lap of luxury!!!!

I have a 25x15 three season porch with a television and have decided that my letterbox area is overrunning my home office, so I need to put it somewhere else. I have been working on a letterboxing/sewing area, which should be done once the weather gets warm enough to even sit out in the porch. I have a portable peg board, which I will put pegs and then dowels on to house my large 20x30 inch papers for logbok covers (I'm moving out of my house this year, and want something a little more portable). I also have my 12x12 paper scrapbooking bag, which holds the smaller stuff. Then there's the scrapbooking tote, which holds a lot of my awls and paper punches. Now, if I could only find somewhere to put my lock n lock and film canisters........

About the peg board though, my professional organizer that PSU Fan bought time for my Christmas present says that she refuses to see the peg board in the porch, but I will have to move it up there once she's done organizing the rest of the house!

Is the pink stuff labelled "Speedy-Stamp" or "Speedy-Carve"? Do you have a flatbed scanner? If it's labelled "Speedy-Carve", would you mind laying the package on the scanner and sending me a scan? Thanks!

I just looked it up, and man this place looks great! I can't believe I never knew it was there-- it's practically right around the corner! Thank you! *looking forward to a shopping spree*

It is a rare thing for me to find a store in the Orange County bubble full of freaks that I didn't grow up going into weekly with some member of my freakshow family ....but there it was like a beautiful beacon of freakdom shining in the fog of tile roofs and city ordinances.....it is totally out of the way on a side street but right there where I go by weekly and I was hooked just by the front of the place.

Have fun , they have a bit of everything, Great personal line free log books, if you have an artistic bent or hobby you wll be in heaven!
