so i sit here infront of my computer with cold fingers. constantly hitting the wrong keys. i think about the very cold weather outside and wonder how much longer before i can go out side and search for a letterbox without loosing a finger or two. the last time i did that was a month ago. i almost turned around when i was almost there. so now i wait. i know that the weather man, who seems to have gone to the wrong schhols for education, says that it will warm up this weekend. can i trust him? will the snow melt this weekend? will i have to wait until mother nature does its thing and muddy up the whole country before i can search for a letterbox?

so i sit here infront of my computer with cold fingers waiting for the heat to kick in. oh wait, it's already on! but it is still cold outside. you know i spend more time in front of my computer than i do anywhere else in the house? it's not that i don't want to do anything else, it's that i like everyone here and the things you all have to say. AQ makes me warm. AQ keeps me from felling my cold fingers hit the keys on the keyboard while sending a post to everyone to see.

so i sit here infront of my computer with cold fingers watching the huge pile of stamps i carved grow larger. where do i put them until i can go out and plant them? my den is already a mess! maybe i should clean it! but i am to cold to do that! I mean it would make my room easier to walk around in, and the chair i brought into my room is made to sit in, not collect things. i guess i would clean it if i didn't sit at my computer so much and do what other LBers do.

so i sit here infront of my computer with cold fingers thinking about where i will be in a month. it will be hot then. i can letterbox then. plant some boxes and meet others on and off the trail then. but not at home. i will be visiting my brother in shreveport, LA, and he has warned me of it being hot down there. thats nice. i wish it was hot up here! so i will go down there for a week to visit him and do some letterboxing and watch a baseball game, and then after a week, i will have to go home again. in the cold again probably. its not fair!

LOL Nicely done. I know I tried to do some boxing in CT after a snow storm (I was up there for work) but if the boxes were even there, they were buried under snow AND ice....can't wait until the thaw

Hang in there Team NH - just watched the weather for MA and they are prediciting a toasty warm 45 for Sunday! The following week will be even warmer, I'm sure some sun will warm your fingers soon!
