Pointing this out for two reasons:
1) Great opportunity to get out with members of your community and help clean up your local parks. We all certainly get a lot of use out of them.
2) Check your boxes before then to make sure they are sufficiently concealed and will not be removed as "trash."
Think of the weekend of 3/24 to 3/25 as National Letterbox Maintenance Weekend.

Heh. Make that Semi-National Letterbox Maintenance Weekend. I don't think there will be much "cleanup" in the snow!

we're expecting 12-18" tomorrow here in Maine. Hope the mail carriers haven't removed their studs yet : )

At first I was thinking you were referring to 'National Parks' and I thought 'oh man are there that many unlawfuls out there to have to check on their National Park boxes' and then I realized it was a Nation- Wide-any-ol-Park clean up day..... took my a sec but I got it lol
