Ok, I have a CMS update, and it doesn't really have to do with the letterboxes, just have to share a funny moment. This project I've been doing for my son's school.... it's an after school enrichment program, where we offer classes for the kids in "fun stuff" - we are doing quilting, break dancing, cooking, art, gardening, etc.... and one teacher is teaching a guitar class. So yesterday he left his receipt for his supplies in my box, and he's bought a "Best of Johnny Cash" book to teach from (Yee Haw!!).

So I happened to see him later, and confirmed I had the receipt and had turned it in for his reimbursement. And I said (with a thumbs up) "YEAH, on the Johnny Cash - that's where it's at!" And he made some similar comment. I said "This will date me, but I saw Johnny Cash and the Statler Brothers at the KY State Fair in Louisville years ago, and I vaguely remember watching the JOhnny Cash Show on TV." His response: "I wish I'd been around then to see those."

Thanks for TWISTING THE KNIFE, Mr Twenty-Something Teacher - LOL!!! BUt I set myself up for it..

He's a fun guy, and anybody teaching Johnny Cash is ok in my book!! ...... (and if I was 20 years younger..... *slapping self* .... Stop it Mama Fox!) But he may have to beg for that reimbursement check - LOL!!

JUST KIDDING!!! It hurts me to WATCH it - lol!! Our PE coach is teaching it - he "dances" (I wonder if that's the correct terminology... ;-)) with a group in A-ville - he's very "hip" <big grin>. He designed the plan to target some of our kids who have - shall we say - few advantages and less opportunity. The principal wouldn't let him do it "by himself" but suggested we work it into the after school program. The coach has really done a great job - he's called families at home, he has a community van coming to pick up kids who don't have transportation, and has arranged car pools for others. Way over and above, and he keeps trying to give away the meager pay we give our afterschool teachers to his community volunteers. We are having an assembly at the end of the program, so the kids can "show off" to the rest of the school - I can't wait ;-))

Yeah, the cool thing about being 20 years older than these guys is being able to make comments like that - LOL!! If I was 20 years younger it would be sexual harrassment!!

I just tie mine up with some raffetta ( sp.? ), but I don't think that would last long in the wild!

I have to have some one show me how to do it, I'm not all that great with written directions,,, so I was inspecting the ones you did, to see if I could figure it out.

P.S. I didn't get a chance to get them sent off today, so I'll do it tomorrow. More time to inspect, don't ya know! ;)

That's what I was thinking! I keep seeing my high school English teacher doing the HEAD SPIN, with her wild hair ( she was a little odd ), and long necklaces sticking straight out! LOL!!!!!
