I just reserved the Litle Ramada at South Mountain Park for our event, A Century From Cranmere.

We have the Ramada starting at 8:30 in the morning, until about 1:00. No alcohol or glass may be brought into the park. We may not bring amplified music to our gathering either. Dogs ok, but leashed only.

The general plan for the gathering is to meet at the Ramada around 8:30. We'll give you a list of the event boxes and the areas of the park where they are hidden. You can stay near the Ramada and chat, or go out looking, or both (though not at the same time). Bring plenty of drinking water. Bring a pot-luck lunch to share, one not in a glass container. We'll have some water to share, also. If you're coming from out of town and would like your part of the pot luck to be the plates and plastic silverware, aq mail me and we can arrange that...

We'll meet back at the Ramada for lunch and exchanges at 12:30. There will be prizes for those who have found the most event boxes. Yes, this is one time F-counts count!

Have I missed anything? Any input would be welcome, this is my first event.
