Lessons Learned...
Board: Stamp Carving and Mounting

Last night I learned some very important lessons. As a public service announcement, I'd like to pass along this information as it pertains to Carving when you have a cold:
1) If the cold medicine box warns against driving or operating heavy machinery, one should always consider a carving blade "heavy machinery".
2) Iv your node is plugged ub, whed you try to carve wit a magnivying light, your mout-breeding WILL cause the leds to fog up.
3) Stabbing yourself with a hypodermic needle intended for a horse WILL result in bleeding. A lot of bleeding. (See #1)
4)Acetone fumes can do wonders for a stuffed up nose.
If I can prevent even one sick carver from making these mistakes, it was all worth it. ;-)

Yeah, but if you stay sick for a really long time like I did, you may not have a choice. Sometimes your addictions come before your health.

Yes the addiction can be overwhelming. When else but a sick day does a working person get all day home alone to carve.
