In Honor of South Carolinians

South Carolina folks are fun
Their hospitality renowned
They frolic  in abundant sun
But somewhat quirky, I have found. 
They started off the Civil War,
Distrust the Yankees still.
Palmettos and the Gamecocks are
The  symbols that instill
A  patriotic fervor, rare.
Espoused by famous citizens
Like Stephen T. Colbert.
Strange customs lay in their regions
Strange--no ifs,  or ands, or buts.
They're often found in mismatched socks
And have a thing for boiled peanuts,
And also really love their Cocks.

we REALIZE that wolves are unfamiliar with this form of embrace, and prefer snarling, growling, circling and sniffing butts, but here in the HUMAN world - the world of wearing your underwear on the outside - we HUG.

Dang, this sounds SOOOOO AWESOME!! I so wish I could come, but I am the on-call veterinarian for 3 hospitals that weekend. I hope you all have FABULOUS time... I can't wait to hear all about it.
